Easy Speech Pathology is a small, values-led practice supporting children and adolescents through thoughtful, collaborative and evidence-based speech pathology. As the practice continues to grow, I am always open to connecting with like-minded speech pathologists who may be interested in subcontracting opportunities.
This role is well suited to clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents, value collaboration with families and schools, and are looking for flexibility and autonomy alongside genuine support.
About the role
Subcontractors at Easy Speech Pathology work primarily within school settings, with opportunities for clinic-based sessions where suitable. You will be supporting children and adolescents with a range of communication needs, and working closely with families, educators and other allied health professionals.

Support and mentorship
While this is a subcontractor role, support and mentorship are an important part of how Easy Speech Pathology operates. You will be guided through systems, processes and expectations, and supported to build confidence and consistency in your work.
For clinicians newer to subcontracting, support is provided to help you understand the practical side of running a successful subcontractor caseload — including organisation, communication, boundaries and sustainability — so you can focus on delivering quality therapy without unnecessary stress.
